Responsibilities
Candidates can look forward to regular client contact, a role in business development, proposal writing, sales methodology creation, and
- Researching and contacting organizations to establish rapport and arrange meetings in line with the strategic direction of the company;
- Understand Customers’ requirements and raise the Customer Satisfaction Index (C-SAT);
- Analyzing Data and understanding results
- Arranging client coordination
Skills/Experience
- Should have 1-3 Years of exp. in IT sales and be reasonably persuasive in communication skills;
- Great interpersonal communication skills;
- Keen eye for spotting data trends;
- Great analytical skills;
- A keen grasp of information technology;
- Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint;
- Personal accountability and strong work ethic;
- Professional, able to interact with vendors/clients;
- Positive, “can do” attitude.
