Technical Project Manager
The Technical Project Manager will lead and manage projects within the Professional Services Department, overseeing both client work-order deliveries with dedicated resource teams and internal product development initiatives. This role requires strong technical understanding— particularly in backend technologies such as .NET—and the ability to guide cross-functional teams toward successful project execution from planning to delivery.
The candidate will collaborate closely with the Director of Professional Services to provideleadership, maintain operational excellence, and ensure high-quality outcomes for both clientprojects and internal product development goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee multiple parallel projects, ensuring timely and cost-effectivedelivery.
- Determine and define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables aligned withbusiness goals.
- Create and manage detailed project schedules and work plans using Microsoft Project orsimilar tools.
- Allocate project resources efficiently and ensure effective utilization of dedicated teamsworking on client work orders.
- Lead end-to-end project flow—from requirement gathering, analysis, and planning todevelopment, testing, deployment, and delivery.
- Continuously track project progress, manage risks and roadblocks, and ensurestakeholder visibility at all stages.
- Provide consistent project updates to internal and external stakeholders, includingstrategy, adjustments, and progress reports.
- Measure and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for optimization andcontinuous improvement.
Technical Leadership
- Leverage technical expertise, particularly in backend technologies (.NET), to provideguidance during project planning, solution design, and implementation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to assess feasibility, define technical requirements, andrecommend improvements in processes and systems.
- Review technical challenges and support teams in resolving client issues andimplementing enhancements.
Operational & Process Management
- Work closely with the Director of Professional Services to set departmental goals and alignoperational activities with organizational objectives.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance IT service catalogs and contribute to the creation ofService Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure structured documentation practices for all projects and maintain accurate and up-to-date project records.
- Keep all project management SOPs current, updating or creating new SOPs as needed tosupport organizational growth and process maturity.
- Manage Professional Services staff during project execution and guide them towardeffective delivery and client satisfaction.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, frameworks, and bestpractices.
- Solid understanding of backend technologies, especially Microsoft .NET (mandatory).
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain professionalismunder pressure.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with the capacity to engagewith technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate solutions, and drive data-backed decision-making.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Management, ora related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management within the IT industry.
- Experience handling professional services, client deliveries, and internal productdevelopment projects is highly preferred.
