A Proactive Hub for Critical Event Communication
This project was born from the need to eliminate communication gaps and ensure every stakeholder, from attendees to internal teams, is perfectly in sync for courses and webinars. We developed a centralized Notification Management System designed to automate and track all event-related communications.
The goal was to boost engagement and preparedness by delivering the right message to the right person at the right time.
The Administrative Command Center
The core of the solution is a powerful administrative dashboard built with a rich Telerik Blazor front-end. This interface provides real-time insights into the entire communication flow. Administrators can instantly see the status of all notifications, successful, failed, and pending, and have full control over the system, providing unprecedented visibility and reducing manual follow-up.
Intelligent Scheduling and Guaranteed Delivery
To ensure timeliness, the system leverages Hangfire Services to schedule and automate notifications in the background. This allows for precise timing, such as sending reminders 24 hours before an event. For reliability, a key feature is the “resend” functionality for failed deliveries, which guarantees that critical information reaches its destination and minimizes missed communications.
