The HR Approval Flow
This project addresses a common organizational bottleneck: inefficient personnel change management. We designed and developed a Human Resource Personnel Change Flow (HRPCF) application to replace manual processes with a streamlined, digital solution. The goal was to create an intuitive platform for managers and HR teams to submit, track, and approve changes with accuracy, transparency, and speed.
A Centralized Hub for Managers
The user experience is centered around a user-friendly dashboard built with Power Apps. This interface provides managers with a single, clear platform to initiate various requests, such as salary adjustments or vacation time. The design simplifies form submission and provides real-time status tracking, drastically reducing the administrative burden and eliminating the need for email chains and follow-ups.
Intelligent Automation with Power Automate
At the heart of the solution is a robust approval workflow powered by Power Automate. Once a request is submitted, the system automatically routes it to the correct approvers based on predefined business logic. It handles sending notifications, managing approvals, and triggering final confirmation emails, ensuring the entire process is systematic, auditable, and free from manual error.
